Who is YusKa?

YusKa is my handcrafted jewelry brand FFrench, created and made by me with love, Miss DE ASIS Ananda. Mes creations are all unique pieces, made by hand.

You will find below a summary of the conditions of sale. If however, the answer to your question is not on this page, do not hesitate to contact me.

On command:

According to your desires, I can make you the creation of your dreams. For that you just have to contact me by mail or by phone to see together what you want.

Payment:

Your order is validated by payment. For the latter, I accept PayPal and credit cards (for those who do not have PayPal).

Please note that payment by credit card is managed by Stripe.

This offers secure payments for your bank cards.

To do this, after validating your basket, on the payment page and choose the method you want.

For payments in installments, paypal offers very interesting solutions in 4 installments (the total amount of your purchase will bedirectly paid and you will be paid monthly by paypal), you can also contact me and establish a payment in installments with me. The creation will be shipped at the end of the deadlines when the amount will be received in full.

As it concernscustom orders:

I take half the price of the creation at the time you place the order and the other half at the time of shipment when it is completely finished.

Manufacturing delays:

Being alone in making your creations there are delays on personalized orders.

The manufacturing time will be given to you when placing the order. it is counted in working days, excluding weekends: Saturday and Sunday

In the event of an extension, an email will be sent to you to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Shipping and Returns / Refunds and Exchanges:

Delivery time is not included in manufacturing time, all orders toFrance are sent by post. parcels are sent by colissimo or letter followed by post. Shipments by colissimo insured (deliveries within 48h) are possible, simply select the desired delivery at the time of purchase.

For international orders (all countries in the world) please contact me as additional charges may apply.

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

I easily accept returns and exchanges.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders, as well as any modification made to the creation for custom-made.

Returns conditions:

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

The creations:

-Each creation is unique and HANDMADE.

-The photos taken are zoomed in order to see the variances of the gems.

-These jewelry are handmade, the jewelry may not be 100% similar and the
stones have color variations, that's what makes it so charming.

-Your purchase will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper tied with natural twine.
you will also find small dried flowers or leaves depending on the season, all in a cotton bag
made by me.

-Since these are handmade creations, it is advisable to take great care of them. Avoid putting them in contact with corrosive products.
